I can’t thank this sweet couple enough for choosing me to be their wedding photographer. They were truly a blessing to get to know and I know they’re going to enjoy every moment of being married.
The day started off pretty calm. The weather called for rain all day and rain it did as soon as Danielle made her first few steps down the aisle. It was just enough to provide a little luck over their day and marriage. Sometimes it rains, sometimes it calls for rain all day and never does, sometimes the clouds cover the beautiful view of your venue, you just have to embrace the day and remember that the reason you are there is not for the mountain views, it’s to enter into a new adventure together. Danielle and Ryan handled the weather so gracefully. After the ceremony, Danielle was all about going into the high weeds and wildflowers on the property of Overlook Barn for beautiful photos. Ryan said that that was one of the reasons they booked the place. Once I heard that I said, “Oh we’re climbing in there.”
This group of guests were such dancers! I thought they were gonna be the type to chill outside by the fire drinking out of their adorable beer truck but nope, they tore up the dance floor!
If you’d like to see some behind the scenes of this gorgeous wedding day and a little clip of Danielle and Ryan’s first dance, you can find that here. These two had an amazing engagement session at Hawksbill’s Nest Trail. You can check that out as well here.
