I was so excited to have another wedding at The Oaks Venue. I love the light and brightness of this venue along with it’s southern charm. Those windows at the first pavilion are my favorite!! Chelsea and Mitch put some much in their wedding day from the hand built bar to the food from Chelsea’s family’s restaurant. The food was out of this world good by the way!
We spent a lot of time at the beginning of the day exchanging gifts, drinking champagne, and writing personal letters. Mitch even had to put some finishing touches on their bar. Once we got to the ceremony their sweet son, Bayden, got down the aisle only to turn back around when he saw Mom coming. It was so cute. After the ceremony and photos guests could grab personalized cocktails on their way to cocktail hour. After cocktail hour, we did the 5-minute photo dash. It was my first time doing one of these and it was so fun! Once we got around to all the table we started dinner. It was delicious. They had a pasta bar a long with chicken, potatoes, and a dessert bar. The party was so hype! They danced and played waterfall. All the guests joined in. It was a blast!
Make sure to check out their engagement session too! We did it at Old Salem and boy was it a fall dream! Also, Chels did her bridal session at The Oaks Venue and I can’t wait to finally share it.
