Medaloni Cellars Wedding

Stephanie and Garrett got married on a rainy summer day at Medaloni Cellars, a cute little winery in Winston Salem, NC. I haven’t had a Medaloni Cellars Wedding yet but the venue was gorgeous!

The Details

I’ve known Steph for a long time now. We work in the wedding industry and have done a lot of personal projects together. Steph is a florist and she owns a cute little shop in Winston Salem. Her team helped her style up their wedding day with the most gorgeous summer blooms. Everything was so colorful and fun. She even gave her guests little air plants as favors, she made bowties out of flowers and even made Garrett’s pocket square out of flowers! When I say I had a field day photographing this wedding!!! I love flowers. Maybe not as much as Steph but I love them and I was so honored not only because Steph is an industry friend but to have her trust in capturing all these beautiful personal details. It was such an honor.

The couple chose to keep their ceremony super simple and small by having all their guests stand. They kept it super short and only had a maid of honor, a best man and a flower girl. Next, at the reception they chose a band as their entertainment. Steph and Garrett weren’t big dancers instead they chose to sip wine slushies, walk and sit at each table and chat with their guests. Let me just say the food was off the hook too! They chose to do a taco bar, mashed potato bar, and a few other things. It was great! Also, a whole table of sweets! Their engagement session was also gorgeous and styled with flowers! Check it out.
